This course is offered as a 4-module, independent learning course with an online discussion session for each module. We suggest allowing 1-2 weeks between modules. Each module will include:
The course can be started anytime. Meeting times will be set ahead of time, based on participant and instructor availability.
The course can be completed by any size group. However, less than 20 participants is preferable in order to allow for individual participation during the discussion sessions. Ideal group size is 5-8 participants.

This course is designed for companies, teams, or workgroups where there is some degree of flexibility in the workdays in terms of when and where employees are allowed to work. For example:
James has a Master’s Degree in Sport Psychology and a Doctorate in Education. He has worked with athletes and teams at various levels on topics such as improving focus, goal-setting, pre-performance planning, effective communication, and teamwork. He has also conducted research on how participants in small groups learn and work together. Dr. Galipeau currently works as an independent contractor in the publishing industry and has lived a Blended Working lifestyle for over 15 years. He also regularly engages in Flipped Workdays and embarks on Digital Nomad Adventures (Check out his blog here). In addition, James is a world-class adventure racer and has competed in 7 Adventure Racing World Championships.
