Flipped Work Schedules

Flipped Work schedules can be very similar on the surface to regular Blended Working schedules. However, they share some important differences from standard Blended Workdays:


  • Often, Flipped Workdays are a bit longer in order to spend more time during the day doing things you enjoy and that are beneficial to your physical and mental health.


  • When possible, other chores, obligations, and responsibilities are minimized during Flipped Workdays in order to focus on personal health and wellbeing.


  • While the primary obligation is always ensuring that work for your job gets done, the focus of Flipped Workdays is to take care of yourself and do things you enjoy. 


  • Flipped Workdays (or weeks) are meant to be used occasionally, as a means to rejuvenate yourself. In contrast, Blended Working is designed to be a daily lifestyle.
