This course is offered as a 4-module, self-paced, independent learning course with an online discussion session for each module. We suggest allowing 1-2 weeks between modules.

This course is designed for anyone who has some degree of flexibility in their workdays in terms of when and where they are able to do their work. For example:
James has a Master’s Degree in Sport Psychology and a Doctorate in Education. He has worked with athletes and teams at various levels on topics such as improving focus, goal-setting, pre-performance planning, effective communication, and teamwork. He has also conducted research on how participants in small groups learn and work together. Dr. Galipeau currently works as an independent contractor in the publishing industry and has lived a Blended Working lifestyle for more than 15 years. He also regularly engages in Flipped Workdays and embarks on Digital Nomad Adventures (Check out his blog). In addition, James is a world-class adventure racer and has competed in 7 Adventure Racing World Championships.
