Finding the right information for our energy involves the process of moving from “Wonder to Wellth.” Every well informed use of our energy begins with a sense of wonder - a genuine curiosity about something. Kids are experts at letting their sense of wonder guide them to try new things without judging them, or judging themselves. But as adults our sense of wonder is often superseded by our worries and fears, causing us to seek to control unfamiliar situations instead of being open-minded and curious about them. But every now and then something comes along that captivates our attention enough to make us willing to let our guard down in order to explore it further.
When we choose to pursue our curiosity or wonder, we begin to collect the data that we need to properly inform our energy. The more data we collect, the better equipped we are to make our first response to a situation the best response.
Wellth is not about having what you want (or more accurately, what you think you want), it's about doing what you like. While the goal for most people in doing their job is to accumulate material wealth, accumulating Wellth is about doing your Life’s Work in order to create a sense of personal well-being. It's gathering data about yourself so that you are better able to direct your energy to doing what matters to you. So then the best measure of our individual Wellth is how often our first response to a situation is the best response.
So how do we build up our Wellth? By working towards Being Well, Doing Well, and Belonging
