Participants will be fully immersed in a Flipped Work Day schedule for an entire week to learn about and get a feel for a Blended Working lifestyle.

Our Work & Play Flipped Work Week is for people who like to be moderately active outdoors. The emphasis will be on enjoyment of Nature through activities such as hiking and canoeing.
Our Work & Train Flipped Work Week is for the more serious athlete who trains regularly. The emphasis will be on using the natural environment to enhance workouts. Activities will include hiking, trail running, and mountain biking.
