The journey from Wonder to Wellth has three components or purposes, all of which are interdependent and equally important.
First, we seek to Be Well, which mainly involves doing our Life's Work. Whether it’s improving our physical or mental health, or simply focusing on rest, recovery, and leisure, the emphasis is on trusting our intuition and paying attention to how we feel in the moment. We learn through our experiences, which help us to discover and use what we call the Gifts of Life.
Second, we aim to Do Well by seeking success or achievement in a variety of forms in our lives. This might be at our job, in sports or other competitions, in school, in business,or in other performance-oriented domains. We learn how to Do Well through education and training, which provide us with what we call the Skills for Living.
Third, we seek to Belong, which involves our desire to be connected to people and places. We want to feel that we are part of an environment that's welcoming and free of judgment, while at the same time holding us accountable. We learn how to belong through our interactions with the people and places that surround us and by experiencing the consequences of our choices and actions.
Our workshops and adventures are designed to get our clients started on the path from Wonder to Wellth by teaching them ways to nurture their desire to Do Well, Be Well, and Belong
