Life doesn't stop while you're at work. Blended Working is about designing your workday to reflect how you work best while also making time for you to do some of the things you need, want, and like to do. So, instead of judging the success of your workdays solely based on the amount of work you got done, Blended Working also takes into account the feel and flow of your day: 


  • Feel: Does your day feel how you want it to feel? Or does it feel like there was no time for yourself? 
  • Flow: Is there a flow to your day in which you are focused while you work and your breaks feel truly restful and rejuvenating?
